Privacy Policy
Effective: 14 October 2026
1. What REVIVE processes
REVIVE may process account details, company configuration, CRM or uploaded lead data, conversation content, recovery events, product usage data and support requests when those features are used.
2. Why data is processed
Data is used to provide revenue-recovery features, operate connected channels, maintain security, troubleshoot the service, measure recovered outcomes and support the customer.
3. Customer lead data
Customer lead data remains the customer's business data. REVIVE does not sell customer lead databases or reuse them as a prospect database for other customers.
4. Service providers
REVIVE currently uses managed service providers such as Vercel and Supabase. Meta / WhatsApp, configured AI providers and Network International may process data only when the corresponding feature is enabled.
5. Access and retention
Access is scoped by organization. Retention periods depend on the enabled product workflow, legal requirements and the customer's deletion request. Customers can request deletion or disconnection through REVIVE.
6. Security
REVIVE uses organization-level access controls and managed cloud security features. We do not claim certifications or attestations that have not been completed.
7. International processing
Depending on enabled providers, data may be processed in multiple countries. Enterprise customers can request additional data-processing documentation before production rollout.
8. Contact
For privacy, security or deletion requests, use the REVIVE security contact form.
